1. About Kasko

Kasko is an invoicing platform that helps individuals and businesses create, manage, and send professional invoices. We provide tools to organize clients, track payment status, and export invoice documents.

2. Your Account

To use Kasko, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You may not share or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kasko only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to send fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
• Use Kasko to harass, abuse, or harm any person.

4. Your Data Belongs to You

All data you create in Kasko — including invoices, client details, and business information — belongs entirely to you. We will never sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for any commercial purpose. Your data is used solely to provide you with the Kasko service.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Deletion requests are processed promptly and result in permanent removal of your data from our systems.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Simply reach out to us and we will take care of it. Upon deletion:

• Your account and all invoices, clients, and settings will be permanently removed.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable usage data for product improvement.

6. Subscription and Payments

Kasko offers a free tier with basic features and a paid Pro plan with full functionality. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Service Availability

We are committed to keeping Kasko reliable and available. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates, and will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible to minimize disruption.

8. Intellectual Property

The Kasko platform, its design, and its code are the intellectual property of Kasko. You retain full ownership of all content you create — invoices, client data, and business information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide a reliable, high-quality service, Kasko is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or fit for any specific purpose beyond what is described in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Kasko after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
