Effective date: July 17, 2026
The short version
- 🔒Your data is yours. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- 🗑️Delete anytime. You can permanently delete your account and all your data whenever you want.
- 💛Your comfort comes first. We collect only what's necessary to run the service — nothing more.
At Kasko, your privacy is a core principle — not an afterthought. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. If anything is unclear, contact us here.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Kasko service:
- Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely and never in plain text).
- Business information — your business name, logo, address, and invoice preferences that you provide.
- Invoice data — invoices, line items, client details, and bank accounts you create within the app.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product. This data is anonymized.
We do not collect financial information such as credit card numbers. Any payments for subscriptions are handled by trusted payment processors under their own privacy policies.
2. Your Data Is Yours — Always
Everything you create in Kasko — invoices, client records, bank accounts, business settings — belongs entirely to you. We will never:
- Sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
- Share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Use your invoice or client data to build profiles for resale.
- Transfer your data to any party without your explicit consent.
Your data is used solely to operate the Kasko service on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the Kasko service.
- Send invoices to your clients on your behalf when you request it.
- Send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, etc.).
- Improve the product using anonymized, aggregated usage patterns.
- Respond to your support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral tracking, or any purpose beyond what is described here.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on our secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply rigorous security practices to keep your information safe:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit.
- Encrypted storage for all data at rest.
- Strict access controls so only authorized services can interact with your data.
- Regular security reviews and dependency updates.
We take data security seriously and continuously work to maintain a safe environment for all users. In the unlikely event of an incident that affects your account, we will notify you promptly.
5. Your Right to Delete Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — no questions asked. To do so:
- Contact us directly and we will process your request within 7 days.
Upon deletion, your account, invoices, clients, bank accounts, and all personal information are permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate data (e.g., "X invoices were created this month") that cannot be linked back to you.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Kasko uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We use anonymized analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., page views). This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
7. Third-Party Services
